What You'll Do
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in translating complex business problems into actionable data science solutions. Your contributions will span the entire data science lifecycle, from problem definition and data exploration to model development and deployment. Here's what you can expect:

What You'll Bring
We're seeking a candidate with a strong quantitative background and a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Educational Background: A Master's degree or equivalent experience (2+ years) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, or Engineering.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: A strong results orientation with keen analytical abilities and deep expertise in data science methodologies. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity and have a track record of delivering measurable impact.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. You must be able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
- Proven ML Expertise: A demonstrated history of extracting actionable insights from data and building machine learning models, particularly in business analysis or related domains.
