As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume customer contacts, developing product knowledge, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for customer success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing high-volume customer contacts and communications through phone and email each day * Utilizing contact search and productivity tools to verify contact information and ensure accuracy * Conducting health checks at agreed-upon recurring intervals to gauge product satisfaction and value completion * Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to speak intelligently to customers and address specific objections * Documenting and tracking qualitative feedback and quantifiable measurements through surveys, phone calls, and emails using computer systems * Capturing customers' product expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and likelihood of abandonment, "Voice of the Customer" * Initiating steps through appropriate communication channels to address customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage * Collaborating with teams and management to promote a positive customer experience and drive business growth **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 4+ years of experience working in a customer service environment * Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals * Experience in high-volume calling and learning new technology and data * Process orientation and ability to follow call scripts * Strong problem-solving skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office programs * Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM * Experience or willingness to work from home **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
