Job requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in the airline industry and at least two (2) years in a related sales role.
- Knowledgeable in GDS systems (Amadeus and Sabre), including ticketing and reservations.
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Energetic and professional with pleasing personality.
- Goal-oriented and capable of meeting targets and KPIs.
- This position follows a flexible work arrangement: four (4) days field work and one (1) day working from home or in the office.
Job responsibilities
- Manages airline accounts, including KM Malta Airlines and Hong Kong Airlines.
- Provides sales support for Hertz and Fiji.
- Prepares monthly and quarterly reports for HX and KM.
- Creates PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings.
- Assists in addressing concerns and inquiries from clients.
- Manages telesales operations and handles inquiries from travel agents, particularly those representing airlines.
- Supports revenue growth by assisting in the development and execution of promotional activities.
- Monitors and ensures the achievement of weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assists with Sales and Marketing projects, including telemarketing initiatives.
- Manages incoming and outgoing emails efficiently.
- Participates in out-of-office activities as required.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
