Sales Development Representative

Docusign is a leading company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management, serving over 1.5 million customers globally. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to make outbound calls to potential clients, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments with Account Executives, contributing to the sales process in a rapidly growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about Docusign
• Make outbound calls to prospects who are deemed to reside in one of Docusign’s core vertical markets
• Share information about Docusign and ask questions about the prospect's business intentions
• Discern propensity to buy and forward good potential leads to the Sales Account Executives to pursue
• Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
• Record prospect information in CRM database

Skills

• A university degree or relevant tertiary qualification
• Prior experience working in sales
• A driven, enthusiastic and hard-working nature
• The ability to form strong business relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
