[Remote] VFX Coordinator (General Submission)

They are seeking a VFX Coordinator who will work with VFX Supervisors and Producers to manage shot progress, coordinate resources, and support the production management team.

Responsibilities

• The Coordinator will coordinate and log Dailies, coordinates with other departments to efficiently allocate resources across projects, and liaises between artists, producers, and supervisors
• They will reflect status changes and shot progress throughout project duration and support the production management team with ad hoc projects/tasks
• Manages deliverables directly with internal Editorial Team
• Manages all Outsourcing to external vendors
• Captures client feedback during review sessions

Skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of project management software including Word and Excel
• Prior working experience with production tracking software (preferably Shotgrid)
• Capable of working as a part of a team and independently
• High level of initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality
• General understanding of post-production process and work created in software used for Compositing, 3D Modeling, Animation, and VFX
• Expertise in maintaining positive customer relationships through written communication with external clients
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
