Brandpoint is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Support Systems Analyst to support the daily operations of their Fixtures & Merchandising division. This role serves as a critical link between project management, field operations, finance, and reporting systems, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of operational processes across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain operational data across multiple internal systems and platforms
- Develop, update, and monitor reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to support project execution and business performance
- Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Support project teams with data validation, system updates, and reporting requirements
- Assist with work order processing, project tracking, invoicing support, and reconciliation activities
- Ensure data accuracy between field reporting, project management systems, and financial records
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and system documentation
- Provide troubleshooting and user support for internal operational tools and workflows
- Monitor project metrics, labor utilization, compliance reporting, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, finance, and leadership teams to support business objectives
- Assist with implementation and testing of new systems, processes, and technology solutions
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project support, business analysis, systems administration, or a related role
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience working with project management software, CRM platforms, or operational databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience in retail merchandising, construction, fixture installation, or field service operations is a plus
