What You'll Do as a Customer Care Representative
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our organization. Every day presents new opportunities to make a positive impact on someone's life. Here's what your role will entail:
- Member Guidance and Education: You will serve as a knowledgeable resource for members and healthcare providers, answering questions about health benefits, explaining coverage details, and helping them understand their rights and options under their specific plans.
- Claims Resolution: You will investigate and resolve claim concerns, working diligently to ensure that claims are processed accurately and that members receive the benefits they deserve. You'll be the advocate who stands up for our members when issues arise.
- Provider Navigation: Help members find appropriate healthcare providers, specialists, and facilities within their network. You'll assist with scheduling, understanding referral processes, and ensuring continuity of care.
- Multi-Channel Support: Engage with members through various communication channels including telephone calls, online chat, and email. You'll adapt your communication style to meet the preferences and needs of each individual member.

Qualifications
This position can be filled at the Customer Care Representative I, II, or III level. The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based on the candidate's experience and background. We encourage applicants at all experience levels to apply.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Experience:
- CCRI (Level I): Previous experience in an automated customer service environment is helpful, but we also welcome candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude for customer service. Any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background will be considered.
- CCRI (Level II): Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment, preferably in healthcare or insurance. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also welcome.
- CCRI (Level III): Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automated customer service environment, with demonstrated leadership qualities and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
- Technical Requirements: Ability to work from home with reliable high-speed internet access and a quiet, private workspace free from distractions during work hours.
- Availability: Must be able to work a full-time schedule as assigned, which may include daytime hours. Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
