What You'll Do
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our data operations team, supporting critical business functions across our streaming services and content management systems. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of information that drives decision-making across the organization.
- Data Management & Entry: Accurately input, verify, and maintain data within our content management systems, ensuring all information is current, complete, and properly formatted.
- Content Metadata Support: Assist in organizing and cataloging streaming content, including movies, television series, and exclusive original programming, to enhance user navigation and discovery.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on data entries to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information that could impact content availability or user experience.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive reports, information perspectives, and multi-functional reporting that provides essential support for operations and decision-making across content and trade item spaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to answer core business questions and provide analytical expertise on different content streams to improve customer experiences and drive engagement.
