Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately input and update customer information, account details, and interaction logs in our CRM systems. Maintain data integrity and ensure all records are complete and up-to-date.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to streaming, account access, billing inquiries, and subscription management. Provide step-by-step guidance to customers experiencing difficulties.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's content library, subscription plans, features, and policies. Use this knowledge to assist customers with informed recommendations and solutions.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues that require escalation to specialized support teams. Document all relevant information and ensure seamless handoffs to maintain continuity of service.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards for customer interactions, including response times, communication tone, and problem resolution rates. Participate in ongoing quality monitoring and coaching sessions.

Essential Qualifications
