Position Overview
arenaflex is currently seeking a talented and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Healthcare Services division. In this role, you will serve as a critical administrative support for our field care teams, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of medical records. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Clinical Data Coding: Code clinical data using standard classification systems such as ICD-10, CPT, and other healthcare coding methodologies as required.
- Record Transmission Coordination: Coordinate medical record transmission and collaboration with provider offices, health system partners, and other clinical entities to ensure seamless information flow.
- Confidentiality and Security: Uphold confidentiality and security standards for sensitive information, observing all HIPAA regulations and safeguarding all patient-related data.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality, participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Data Cleanup and Validation: Participate in data cleanup and validation activities, identifying and resolving data quality issues proactively.

Essential Qualifications
