They are seeking a growth-minded Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of business and drive revenue growth + retention
- Spot trends, risks, and opportunities early—and act on them fast
- Build strong relationships with customers (yes, you’ll be on the phone a lot)
- Run performance check-ins and strategy conversations (not just “touch base” calls)
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities and close them
- Partner with internal teams to improve performance and results
- Use data (Salesforce, Excel, dashboards) to track performance and make decisions
- Handle issues quickly and keep customers happy and growing
Skills
- Proven success in a phone-based sales or account management role
- Someone who likes goals, metrics, and winning (this is a revenue role)
- Strong communicator—clear, confident, and personable
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Background in insurance or lead generation
- Experience managing or growing a book of business
