Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that contribute to our overall operational success. Your duties will include:
- Data Collection and Validation: Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. You will ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytical processes.
- Analysis and Reporting: Assist with developing and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. Your ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights will be crucial.
- Critical Issue Investigation: Help investigate critical ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical responses to allow Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
- Data Visualization: Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant aspects of the analysis to ease stakeholder understanding.
- Query Development: Assist with developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing rhythm, and validating the need of the data requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify anomalies in processes through reviews and surveys and communicate findings to the team. You will play a key role in continuously improving our quality control procedures.
- Compliance Monitoring: Evaluate effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and discrepancies. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision made.
- Additional Duties: May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Team Leader.
