About the Role
The Training Data Insights group plays a pivotal role in the evolution of arenaflex Education and our broader product ecosystem. We provide deep understanding of our business and product performance, generating insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. As a Product Information Researcher on this team, you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the entire development lifecycle to help build exceptional products enjoyed by customers globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and refine product success metrics: Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Engineering to develop comprehensive metric frameworks that align with business objectives and customer outcomes
- Report, track, and analyze key measurements: Monitor critical metrics, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations to improve product performance. Recognize critical product functionalities and assess their business impact
- Ensure data quality and accuracy: Work with Engineering teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, guaranteeing precise data collection for key functionalities with focus on business-generating customer journeys
- Influence product strategy: Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and advocate for product initiatives. Apply technical expertise with empirical data analysis to address critical business questions
- Communicate insights effectively: Deliver compelling presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholder audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership
- Design and analyze experiments: Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and other experimentations to understand causal effects of product changes
- Democratize data access: Develop dashboards and create accurate reporting systems that enable broader teams to leverage data for decision-making
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year certification in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Science, Engineering, Physical Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in analysis applications (e.g., extracting insights, performing statistical analysis, or solving business problems) and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with experimental design, training, data analysis, survey design, and statistical modeling
- Experience in strategic analysis or project management support (e.g., consulting, management reporting, Six Sigma certification)
- Ability to apply statistical methods to real-world data challenges
- Capacity to complete projects independently and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with product analytics in consumer technology or SaaS environments
