ABOUT YOU

YOU WILL

• Analyze procurement spend across medical supplies, implants, pharmaceuticals, and services
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and track results
• Build and maintain reports for spend visibility and vendor performance
• Support contract pricing validation and sourcing decisions
• Monitor supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders to align purchasing needs
• Maintain accurate data in procurement and internal systems
• Support product and vendor standardization efforts across centers
• Assist with inventory tracking and optimization
• Support data-focused projects tied to operations and finance
• Clean and validate datasets for reporting
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience with reporting or data visualization tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
