What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative specializing in Emergency Roadside Assistance, you will be the first point of contact for members experiencing vehicle problems, breakdowns, or other roadside emergencies. Your role is critical in providing swift, compassionate assistance that helps members feel safe and supported during stressful situations. Here's what you can expect:
- Respond to Emergency Road Service Requests: Handle a high volume of incoming calls from members seeking emergency roadside assistance. Your primary goal is to gather essential information about their location, vehicle issue, and specific needs while providing empathetic, professional support.
- Gather and Verify Member Information: Obtain details such as the type of service required, vehicle location, description of the problem, and any other relevant information. Accurately input this data into our D2000 database system while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide Roadside Assistance Information: Educate members about their Emergency Road Service benefits in accordance with our Customer Interaction Model. Offer clear, concise explanations of coverage, options, and next steps.
- Coordinate with Service Providers: Communicate with contracted tow truck operators and service providers to share member location, vehicle details, and problem specifics. Obtain estimated times of arrival and relay this information to the member promptly.
- Monitor Service Delivery: If service is not provided within the specified timeframe, follow up with the contractor to investigate the delay and keep the member updated on status. Ensure every member receives timely assistance.
- Document All Interactions: Maintain detailed records of each call, including all relevant details, actions taken, and outcomes. Complete call verification and system close-out procedures accurately.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Analyze member accounts to identify additional products and services that may benefit them. Promote membership upgrades, insurance options, and other arenaflex offerings in a helpful, non-pressuring manner.
- Exceed Performance Metrics: Follow our detailed call intake process, work efficiently through calls, and meet or exceed key performance indicators for customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution.
