As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Plumbing Services Expert (ServiceTitan Specialist), you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners facing both urgent plumbing emergencies and routine service needs. You'll work with industry-leading ServiceTitan software to manage dispatching, invoicing, and customer communication, while coordinating with skilled field technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Converting high-quality inbound leads from Yelp and Google campaigns into booked appointments through empathetic, persuasive communication
* Dispatching plumbers via ServiceTitan, aligning technician expertise and availability with customer needs
* Processing invoices and managing billing workflows within ServiceTitan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Maintaining proactive communication with customers throughout their service journey—from first contact through job completion
* Delivering exceptional support across diverse plumbing services, including emergency drain cleaning, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and whole-home water line re-piping projects
* Executing administrative tasks related to CRM and service coordination with efficiency and precision
* Building strong, lasting customer relationships that foster repeat business and generate positive reviews
**Responsibilities**
