Role Overview

We are seeking a personable, tech‑savvy individual who can provide exceptional chat‑based support to educators using careerzynith. The role is part‑time (approximately 25 hours per week) and is scheduled for weekday mornings in the U.S. Eastern Daylight Time zone. Candidates must be currently residing in the United States, with a preference for those located in North Carolina, though remote work is supported as long as you can meet the required schedule.
