Position Summary
careerzynith is seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Data Entry team. This role is designed for college students in the Philippines who are looking for part‑time or full‑time remote work that aligns with their academic schedule. You will play a critical part in supporting careerzynith’s expansive digital marketing operations by accurately capturing, organizing, and reporting data from a variety of campaigns across social media, streaming services, and live events.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Capture & Entry: Accurately input NDT‑related metrics, campaign performance data, and content inventory into careerzynith’s proprietary tracking systems.
- Social Media Coordination: Assist the Senior Marketing Manager and Creative Director in scheduling and publishing social copy for platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Creative Asset Management: Upload and tag GIFs, stickers, emojis, and other digital assets sourced from Tenor, Giphy, and internal design teams.
- Campaign Reporting: Generate weekly performance dashboards, maintain cross‑department trackers in Smartsheet, and provide concise summaries for senior leadership.
- Research & Documentation: Conduct ad‑hoc research requests, compile reference documents, and support the media team with on‑the‑fly data needs during live events.
- Live Event Support: Capture real‑time content (photos, short videos) at premieres, screenings, and promotional tours, and upload them to arenax’s internal hub for rapid distribution.
- Resource Tracking: Monitor and distribute campaign assets, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest versions of creative files and briefing decks.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Liaise with product, analytics, and brand teams to align data entry processes with broader strategic initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or in‑progress) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
