Responsibilities As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for: * Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services * Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth for our clients Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) * Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a bonus) * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: * Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily * Attend 4 weeks of training (Tuesday - Saturday, 10AM - 6:30PM CST) * Be flexible with scheduling after completing training * Work a minimum of 16+ hours per week * Type at least 35 WPM (40+ WPM preferred) * Possess a positive and professional demeanor Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to your growth and well-being.
