Salary Range: $60,461.00 – 70,000.00

Location: Remote within the U.S. (except in AK, HI, ID, LA, MT, NM, ND, OK, OR, UT, VT, WV, and WY)         

Hours: Full-time (40 Hours/Week)

As the Onboarding and Compliance Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the operation and overall functioning for Onboarding and Compliance into Bethany which includes supervision of the Onboarding and Compliance employees. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that the respective programmatic employee records and files are maintained in accordance with federal, state, and/or local laws and agency best practices, while also ensuring compliance with contract and funder requirements. 

The Onboarding and Compliance Supervisor will ensure connections between new employees and Bethany’s organizational structure and best practices, while cultivating a sense of belonging within Bethany through a welcoming onboarding experience. This role collaborates closely with various departments to coordinate resources, conducts new hire orientation and address onboarding timelines. The Onboarding and Compliance Supervisor will partner closely with the talent team regarding enhanced background screening needs for the respective programmatic job changes/promotional events that require this protocol. Communication is integral in effectively communicating Bethany’s culture, policies and procedures.

This position is expected to function effectively with regular supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
