Tessitura is a nonprofit technology company for arts and cultural organizations, dedicate to helping them thrive. We provide a unified CRM and commerce engine that brings together marketing, ticketing, fundraising, and customer data - enabling organizations to drive revenue, understand their audiences, and deliver more meaningful experiences.

Our platform powers 800+ organizations across ten countries, including world-renowned performing arts centers, museums, orchestras, and cultural institutions, as well as innovative and emerging organizations that are redefining how culture is experienced and accesses by their communities.

By equipping these organizations with better technology and insight, we help them expand their reach, strengthen relationships, and amplify the tremendous cultural and social value they deliver to their communities.

Job Summary

The Revenue Operations Manager brings clarity and accountability to how Tessitura grows. This is a hands-on, build-it-from-scratch role for someone who gets energy from creating systems that didn't exist before and making sure they're used, trusted, and drive better decisions.

You will build dashboards, reporting, and processes that give the Growth organization a shared understanding of what's working, where pipeline is breaking down, and what needs to change. More than just reporting, you'll help establish the operating rhythm that connects data to decisions, structuring how Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and Partnerships review performance, identify gaps, and adjust.

This role owns the connective tissue of the revenue engine: pipeline visibility, funnel definitions, forecasting accuracy, and the reporting infrastructure that make accountability possible. You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and Growth leadership to make the revenue engine more predictable, measurable, and effective.

This is a foundational hire. You'll have the opportunity to shape how Revenue Operations works at Tessitura from the ground up, with a clear path to grow into a more strategic RevOps leadership role as the function matures.
