They are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to assist in the coordination and execution of various marketing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery while supporting the Northeast marketing team with project management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage & maintain the Marketing & Business Development & Events inboxes, responding promptly to inquiries routing messages to relevant teams
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing projects, as needed
- Perform administrative tasks and special projects as assigned, including, but not limited to scheduling lunches, creating POs, entering invoices, etc
- Assist in Northeast event support, including, but not limited to sending pre- and post-event emails, creating campaigns in CRM, tracking events on Northeast Region Event Tracker, track post-event survey responses, and other event related projects, as needed
- Support the Northeast marketing team with project management tasks, as needed
Skills
- Associate's Degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree
