We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager who will drive project delivery, lead cross-functional teams (DWH, BI, etc.,), and ensure business goals are achieved effectively. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
- Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Define project goals, scope, timelines, and priorities.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Lead Project Manager.
- Experience in team leadership and team development.
- Strong background in project planning and estimations.
- Experience working closely with stakeholders and customers.
- Knowledge of issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
- Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
- Understanding of source control system capabilities (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Common understanding of software application architecture.
