**Overview:** We are looking for a Junior PandC Services Specialist with German language skills to join our Ingka Business Service Center team in Poznań, Poland. As a Junior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse team, processing P&C and payroll matters for IKEA Co-workers in Austria. * Process ongoing orders from the country, including requests for changes to Co-worker employment terms in the systems * Contact national P&C units for clarification on errors in insurance applications * Perform further processing in the system * Work in Excel, extracting reports from the system * Converse with colleagues and Buddy (mentor) on company processes and knowledge sharing * Participate in weekly team meetings, discussing current topics, holiday plans, and important instructions from Business Partners * Provide support to Co-workers via email, phone, or chat * Review company news and updates
**Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in German and English * Background in P&C, payroll, or German philology (appreciated but not mandatory) * Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel * Ability to establish relationships with people, focus on authenticity, and nurture a relaxed atmosphere * Open to learning new things, taking initiative, and embracing challenges * Appreciation for self-development and discovering new passions and talents
