Regional Vice President - Mid Atlantic, Sales

Position Objective
The Regional Vice President, Sales will sell Knowtion Health�s revenue cycle solutions to acute care hospital and healthcare systems. This position will be assigned to a specific geographical sales territory for the Mid-Atlantic United States (including but not limited to PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, KY, & NC), but there may be specific situations whereby there could be accounts assigned based upon unique situations.

The Opportunity:

• Developing new business opportunities that result in meeting and exceeding annual quota targets through sales to new customers and expanding options to existing clients.
• Responsible for execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, sales booking goals, and targeted revenue generation.
• Development of the Knowtion Health Brand within the assigned territory, state or region.
• Negotiating contract terms and pricing with top level hospital management.
• Conduct a needs analysis for each prospect and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Knowtion Health solutions will speak to those needs.
• Analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards and keep current in real time.

What you bring:

• Demonstrated success selling into hospitals, preferably revenue cycle management services to Hospital CFO�s, Director, Patient Financial Services, and Revenue Cycle VPs.
• 7+ years of experience in business development in selling to hospital with at least 3 years with a revenue cycle focus.
• Bachelor�s Degree or Equivalent working experience.
• Knowledge and execution of proposal writing, and CRM software preferred.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to build pipelines, have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and be able to close deals.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of time.
