Position Overview
As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our elite card members visiting our exclusive lounge facilities. In this role, you will function as a brand ambassador, representing arenaflex with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional support that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
You will work as part of a cohesive team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure every card member receives personalized attention and tailored solutions. This position requires someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and genuinely enjoys creating positive experiences for others.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Warm Welcome & Access: Greeting card members upon arrival and providing seamless access to our exclusive lounge facilities, ensuring they feel valued from the very first moment.
- End-to-End Experience Ownership: Taking complete accountability for the client's journey from start to finish, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations.
- Problem Resolution: Developing innovative solutions to address client concerns or issues, turning potentially negative situations into opportunities to build brand loyalty and create enthusiastic fans of arenaflex.
- Client-First Philosophy: Applying the Client First mindset in addressing all customer needs and expectations, always prioritizing their satisfaction above all else.
- Concierge & Lifestyle Recommendations: Providing expert suggestions for dining, entertainment, travel, and lifestyle preferences based on individual client preferences.
- Travel Consultation: Offering travel advisory services and minimal reservation assistance to help card members plan their journeys seamlessly.
- Partnership Collaboration: Accommodating the needs of card members by coordinating with our food and beverage lounge partners to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Technology Utilization: Effectively using digital tools and platforms to provide assistance while maintaining a personal, face-to-face connection with clients.
- Adaptability: Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and remaining resilient amid ever-changing circumstances.
- Flexible Scheduling: Working flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet operational needs.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of continuous experience in a client-facing role serving premium or high-net-worth customers.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in airlines, lounge services, or the travel industry is strongly preferred, including reservation systems experience.
- Service Passion: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service with proactive solutions that anticipate client needs.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills that charm and delight clients with every single interaction.
- Active Listening: The ability to listen attentively to client needs and subsequently propose thoughtful recommendations that result in high satisfaction levels.
