As the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations, you are the architect of our talent incentive ecosystem. You will own the global strategy for compensation, benefits, equity, payroll, mobility, and HR systems. You'll report directly to our Chief People Officer.

The salary range for this role is $290,000 - $335,000 USD. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
