We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that in eCommerce, creative drives revenue.
This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and performance strategy.
You will produce high-volume, performance-focused graphic ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Beyond editing, you will contribute to creative structure, hook development, and iteration cycles based on real performance data.
This is not a brand storytelling role. It is a direct-response, testing-driven environment.
The position begins with a short paid trial and transitions into a long-term role with growth opportunities into creative strategy and leadership.

You have designed hundreds of direct-response ad creatives, not just brand identities or editorial layouts
You understand how specific design decisions (text hierarchy, contrast, focal points) directly impact performance metrics
You are comfortable working within fast testing cycles and rapid iterations
You proactively research visual marketing trends, competitor ad libraries, and platform best practices
You experiment with AI image generation and workflow optimization tools
You care deeply about business outcomes, conversion rates, and ROI—not just pure aesthetics
