The Role: FNOL Customer Service Representative I

As a First Notice of Loss Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in our claims processing workflow. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in customer-facing environments and excel at multi-tasking while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You'll be responsible for receiving inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and field operators who are reporting First Notice of Loss incidents – essentially, reporting damage to our client's property that requires investigation and potential subrogation recovery.

This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an essential part of our team. We provide all the necessary computer equipment, and we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. Our department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, which means you'll have multiple schedule options to choose from.

What You'll Do On a Typical Day

Compensation and Rewards

Tiered Support Bonus System

Our tiered bonus structure is designed to reward you based on your contributions across all Customer Management Relations (CMR) activities during each month. Bonuses are paid per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which they are earned, providing consistent recognition for your hard work:

FNOL Incentive Program

As a member of our FNOL team, you'll have access to an exclusive incentive program that rewards high performers with additional earning potential. This program operates in conjunction with our tiered support bonus system, giving you even more opportunities to maximize your income.

The incentive is calculated daily based on your performance metrics. Each day where your talk time, not ready time, and service level meet the set standard, you'll earn $10. This incentive is paid on the 5th of the following month, providing regular additional compensation for maintaining excellence in your role.
