- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Issue Resolution: Handle all incoming customer inquiries and issues with intelligence, empathy, and problem-solving skills. You'll use smart, customer-focused decision-making to resolve concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a crucial link between the warehouse, office operations, and customers. You'll research, resolve, and meticulously track customer issues including service failures, product returns, incorrect shipments, and other concerns.
- Follow-Up Excellence: Ensure all outstanding tasks reach completion. Provide timely updates to customers regarding their concerns and keep them informed every step of the way.
- Proactive Problem Prevention: Anticipate potential issues before they arise and take appropriate measures to mitigate negative impacts on the customer experience. Your forward-thinking approach will help maintain strong customer relationships.
- Healthcare Support: Assist hospitals and healthcare facilities with product conversions and special reporting needs. You'll be supporting the healthcare industry in delivering quality care to patients.
- Professional Communication: Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns. You'll demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette while representing the company with distinction.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a professional demeanor
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is strongly preferred
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with computers for the majority of your shift; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
