Your Voice is Our Voice As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be crucial in building trust and loyalty. What You'll Do * Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Listen actively to customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and responding with empathy and solutions * Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate to management as needed * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, and use that knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time What We're Looking For * 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a banking or credit union environment * Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Oracle * Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate of $21 per hour * Flexible scheduling options, including Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST, and Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as flexible spending accounts and 401(k) matching * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and development programs and mentorship opportunities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team Work from Home Technology Requirements * Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions * Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot * A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) * Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions * ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred Work from Home Location Requirements * This role is 100% work from home, and we are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories. * Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California.
