Role Description As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for: * Interpreting and entering prescription orders: Accurately and efficiently entering prescription orders into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems. * Profile-only data entry: Entering profile-only data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and speed. * Answering phones and providing excellent customer service: Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional support to our partners and their residents. * Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally: Staying on top of emails and messages, responding promptly and professionally to ensure timely communication. * Investigating and solving community and/or resident issues: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise, ensuring that our partners and their residents receive the best possible service. * Adjudicating insurance claims: Reviewing and processing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Leads by example exhibiting the CORE Values each day, adheres to MMP Behavior Standard: Embodying our Core Values and Behavior Standard in every interaction, setting a positive example for your colleagues. * Encourages teamwork and promotes company philosophy: Fostering a collaborative environment and promoting our company's philosophy and values. * Attends required company meetings: Participating in regular meetings to stay informed and engaged. * Completes all required courses in adherence with PRS compliance system: Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and completing necessary training. * Is prompt and able to perform the required duties of the position on a regular, predictable basis: Demonstrating reliability and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
