Experienced Virtual Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments and Corporate Actions

Job Summary As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. You'll also be tasked with processing corporate activity activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. Key Responsibilities * Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and determine/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents * Process corporate activity activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity * Analyze complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and vendor modifications * Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile * Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Interact with and embody TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners Duties and Responsibilities * Analyze and review subscription deals or transfer requests * Identify and address client/advisor account exceptions * Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconcile business, dividend, and transactions breaks * Reconcile across BOS and fund companies * Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding * Troubleshoot internal/external system improvements or concerns * Identify root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc * Provide method or innovation service alternatives to management * Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or opposite firm * Answer business partner inquiries concerning fund details requirements/eligibility * Provide follow-up on substitute expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the financial industry or with a related company * Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools * Certification in data entry or a related field Skills and Competencies * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
