Position Overview As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional written support to our customers through live chat and email. You'll guide users through account setup, billing updates, access recovery, and basic subscription troubleshooting, using prewritten scripts and workflows to ensure consistent and professional communication. With a focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you'll be an integral part of our support team, working closely with customers to resolve their issues and provide helpful, friendly, and structured written support.
