We're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers, and we're excited to see where your potential can take you. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
