**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Efficiently and effectively managing a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by determining customer needs and providing solutions
* Providing customer contact via phone and email
* Working a 5pm-Midnight shift, with variable schedules and overtime as necessary
* Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
* Other duties as assigned
