**Responsibilities:**
As a Swedish Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming chat, mail, or phone calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues
* Building relations of trust through open and interactive communication, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods and tools provided
* Keeping records of customer interaction, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2)
* Very good command of English (B2 – C1)
* Good MS Office skills
