We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to groundbreaking projects that shape the future of digital entertainment.
As a Senior Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure. You will be responsible for creating robust ETL/ELT data pipelines, designing and implementing database schemas, tables, and views, and orchestrating batch processes using Apache Airflow across multiple projects. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud-based data architectures and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with our Studios and Product Innovation teams on various activities including data requirements gathering, data validation scripting and review, developing and testing ETL/ELT pipelines, designing and implementing database diagrams, and deploying solutions across multiple environments such as Development, QA/UAT, and Production.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions in fast-paced environments. You should be passionate about data engineering and committed to maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about data challenges will help you succeed in this role.
