With greater than 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider areas, the Customer Listening Team across our Global Services Group, Global Account Management, and Global Customer Services businesses is chargeable for dealing with the end-to-end voice of the customer technique. This technique includes layout and programming of the customer experience surveys which include over 40 studies translated in over 10 languages and added in greater than 20 countries.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architect to assist the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and customer experience optimization. You'll be working with cutting-edge big data technologies to build robust data pipelines and architecture that power customer insights across the entire organization.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with our Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics—our survey vendor. You'll work intimately with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and our Agile technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Definition: Work closely with application teams to outline, body, and capture business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical data solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Voice of Customer Data Expertise: Growing information of voice of the customer methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone big data platform. Serve as the subject matter expert for VOC data architecture and integration patterns.
- Data Model Architecture: Layout and build sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions. Ensure data consistency, integrity, and accessibility across multiple use cases and business units.
- Big Data Solutions: Allow big statistics and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions making sure information first-rate and accuracy thru intensive testing at variable and use case degree.
- Performance Optimization: Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve processing speed and resource utilization.
- Consumer Story Analysis: Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, exploring and building automation tools. Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Process Automation: Proactively pick out and automate guide tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Reduce manual intervention through intelligent automation and workflow optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Position entails operating carefully with partners from various business units to prioritize, define, increase, and check the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.
Essential Qualifications
- Technical Experience: Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for information-driven projects for a span of not less than 3+ years.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: This should involve energetic collaboration with relationship managers and product proprietors for understanding the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
- Agile Methodology: The proper candidate must be familiar with the Agile methodologies of delivery in which small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups.
- Data Engineering Proficiency: Strong foundation in building and maintaining large-scale data processing systems with experience in both batch and real-time processing frameworks.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms
- Knowledge of customer experience management and voice of customer programs
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience in the financial services or payments industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
