Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction
- Assisting customers in navigating the arenaflex website and mobile applications, offering expert guidance on product selection, order placement, and shipment tracking
- Resolving customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution, including order issues, product inquiries, billing questions, returns, and exchanges
- Providing accurate and comprehensive information about arenaflex's products, services, shipping policies, and promotional offers
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service
- Collaborating with fellow team members and cross-functional departments to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Staying current on product knowledge across our vast catalog of pet supplies, including food, toys, accessories, and health products for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small pets
- Identifying and escalating recurring issues to the appropriate departments to help improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and technical proficiency
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications
