We are currently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Pharmacy Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position based in the state of New Jersey. You will play a vital role in supporting patients who rely on life-sustaining specialty drug therapies, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and urgency.

Position Summary

As a Pharmacy Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients receiving specialty medications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying benefits, translating and entering prescriptions into the pharmacy information system, communicating copay amounts, obtaining prior authorizations, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve any account or clinical issues.
