We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support. As a key member of our team, you'll act as a liaison, providing services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our clients' accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. **Responsibilities**
As a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and assessing clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Taking the extra mile to engage clients and provide exceptional customer service
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
* A track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* High school diploma
