**Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing incoming healthcare claim forms and digitalizing documents in a timely and accurate manner
* Capturing information with high accuracy while meeting established keystrokes per hour (ksph) and words per minute (wpm) standards
* Reviewing and confirming all data captured is correct before submitting or completing the document
* Utilizing various systems to work on different tasks and projects
* Working within established procedures and practices
* Collaborating with a close degree of supervision to ensure high-quality results
**Skills and Qualifications:**
* **Data Entry:** Proficient in data entry software and systems
* **10-Key:** Proficient in 10-key by touch
* **Experience:** 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
* **Education:** High School Diploma or Equivalent
* **Computer Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft applications and internet usage
* **Communication:** Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Medical Claims Form Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of medical claims forms
* **VPN Experience:** Experience working through VPN connections
* **Computer Knowledge:** Basic computer knowledge and internet usage
