Work From Home Requirements

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service while accurately documenting and processing member requests. Here are the essential duties and responsibilities:
- Member Interaction: Answer incoming calls from members seeking information about transportation services, scheduling, modifications, and cancellations. Address questions with patience, empathy, and accuracy.
- Documentation: Use structured protocols and scripts to document all member interactions in our system. Ensure complete and accurate data entry for every reservation and inquiry.
- Issue Resolution: Work diligently to resolve member concerns and complaints at the first point of contact. When issues cannot be resolved immediately, refer them to the appropriate department for further investigation and follow-up.
- Data Accuracy: Input, verify, and maintain accurate trip data, including scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations. Ensure all information is correct before processing requests.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies and procedures consistently. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Attendance & Punctuality: Maintain an acceptable attendance record and be punctual for all scheduled shifts. Reliability is critical in ensuring continuous support for our members.

- Volume Management: Handle a high volume of calls daily, potentially up to 100 calls per day, while maintaining composure and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Six (6) months of contact center experience OR customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred
- Fluency in English (ability to read, write, and speak clearly)
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute or more
- Ability to handle high call volumes (up to 100 calls per day)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with data entry
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
