**Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be required to:
* **Resolve Complex Consumer Issues**: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues.
* **Assist Policy Holders**: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and assist with policy changes requested.
* **Support Policy Holder Needs**: Provide recommendations and adjust as necessary to support policy holder needs.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
* **Age**: Be at least 18 years old.
* **Typing Speed**: Have the ability to type 25 wpm.
* **Education**: Be a high school graduate or have a GED.
* **Computer Skills**: Be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have proven oral and written communication skills.
* **Call Center Experience**: 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: Possess logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work various shifts.
* **Windows Operating Systems**: Be able to use Windows operating systems.
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Have organization and work prioritization skills.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* **Internet Connection Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Requirements**: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: Provide proof of internet speed.
* **Clean and Quiet Workspace**: Have a clean and quiet workspace.
