As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our pharmacy operations, working closely with our pharmacists to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

Whether you're new to working in pharmacies or are an experienced Pharmacy Technician, we will train you to apply your skills and abilities to serve and care for our patients and customers. The courses, learning activities, and resources provided to you in our pharmacy technician training program are designed to offer both foundational and advanced knowledge, skills, and on-the-job experiences needed to prepare you to become a licensed pharmacy technician.
Through completion of the arenaflex pharmacy technician apprenticeship program, you'll qualify for 8 university credit hours as recognized by the American Council on Education (ACE). This coursework is recommended for 3 semester hours at the lower-division baccalaureate/associate degree category and 5 semester hours in the upper-division baccalaureate degree category, providing you with a pathway to further education if desired.
As part of your ongoing professional development, you'll be expected to attend training sessions, complete required PPLs (Performance Proficiency Learning) as requested by your manager, and maintain continuing education credits. You'll also stay current on healthcare and pharmacy knowledge, including the latest information and developments in the field.
