We're proud of our reputation as one of the industry's best places to work, and we're excited to welcome talented individuals like you to our team. **Job Summary** We're seeking experienced part-time remote customer service agents to join our team, providing phone, email, and live chat support to our clients' customers. As a remote contact center agent, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming calls, emails, and live chats, resolving concerns, questions, or assisting with using a product. You'll also recommend additional products and services based on customer need and request, and suggest system improvements based on your knowledge of system issues. **Responsibilities** * Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns, questions, or assisting with using a product * Provide medium to light tech support to assist callers with password resets or locating purchased items via client site * Recommend additional products and services based on customer need and request * Recommend system improvements based upon knowledge of system issues * Work with a variety of clients, including financial firms, e-commerce shippers, medical professionals, non-profits, and tradesmen * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction **Requirements** * Proven track record of adhering to our 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude * At least 2-3 years of experience working in a work-from-home, remote call center environment with a separate office space setup in which there is no background noise * Technically savvy to assist members with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as well as self-correcting your own computer issues * Bilingual in Spanish a major plus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to operate in a high-volume (between 75-150 calls per day, averaging about 3 minutes each), metrics-driven contact center environment * Ability to listen actively to sensitive information * Must be a quick learner, dedicated to excellence, and strong multi-tasking skills * Must be able to meet strong production deadlines in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and doing "whatever it takes" to get the job done * Have a strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile" * Experience with InContact, Zendesk, Slack is beneficial but not required **System Requirements** * Dedicated remote working space with no background noise * Must be able to run CHROME browser with VPN connection with no less than 10mbps internet download speeds and a compatible hotspot should internet outages occur * Must provide own dual monitors and noise-cancelling headset **Benefits** * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Work from home * Opportunity for advancement and career growth **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour * 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 5:00pm EST * Opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including financial firms, e-commerce shippers, medical professionals, non-profits, and tradesmen * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Flexible scheduling and work-from-home options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
