**Job Description**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting the Online Business Development Chief in all aspects of data analysis, including data collection, data preparation, data visualization, and reporting. Your primary goal will be to transform data into actionable, objective-driven reports that inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising platforms to create meaningful insights that enhance customer engagement and conversion growth
* Manage and maintain all data, including advertising data, customer data, website data, product data, and operational data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
* Examine data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business growth
* Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that empower teams to visualize data insights and track performance
* Develop and maintain documentation that outlines data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
* Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations
* Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including leaders, marketing teams, and external partners
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and create insights
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and experience working with databases
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, or other data representation tools
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Collaborative mindset and team player
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
* Familiarity with data science tools, such as Python, R, or Julia
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
* Certification in data analysis or business analytics
