Our Customer Contact Center is a hub of activity, with dedicated teams handling inbound and outbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service, and termite billing/claims. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our mission.
**The Successful Customer Service Representative will:**
* Manage and resolve customer inquiries by using available resources to research required information
* Update job knowledge by studying changes as released by the field and participate in educational opportunities
* Accurately process payments and answer billing inquiries
* Influence customers to recognize the value in remaining or becoming an arenaflex customer and offer solutions that meet their current needs
* Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers
* Handle customer information responsibly and ensure customer privacy as per FCC regulations

**Requirements:**
* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
* Must pass a pre-employment skill set assessment
* High School/GED or better
* 1-2 years of experience in a service-based, remodeling, or construction industry sales role
* 1-2 years of sales experience, including direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
* Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
