What You'll Do as a Guest Services Representative
As a Guest Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our establishment, embodying our commitment to excellence in every interaction. Guest Registration and Check-In

- Code electronic keys securely and efficiently, maintaining strict protocols for guest safety
- Select appropriate rooms based on guest preferences and specific needs, demonstrating keen attention to detail
- Provide guests with comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and amenities
- Offer welcome packets containing room keys, tokens of appreciation, and relevant materials
- Ensure guests clearly understand the location of their assigned rooms
- Arrange for team members to escort guests to their rooms when needed, providing a personal touch
Guest Check-Out and Departure
